Lead recovery & response
Missed Appointment Revenue Calculator
A no-show is not just a lost job. It is a paid technician sitting in a driveway. Work out what yours cost.
Result
This counts both the lost job value and the cost of the wasted trip. If your techs fill a no-show slot with other work, lower the wasted-trip cost accordingly.

About this calculator
What counts as a no-show?
Anyone not home when the tech arrives, plus same-day cancellations you could not refill. Cancellations with enough notice to rebook the slot are a scheduling issue rather than a loss.
How much do reminders actually help?
That depends on your customers and how far ahead you book, which is why the recovery rate is an input you control rather than a claim we make. Longer lead times generally mean more no-shows and more to recover.
Should I take a deposit?
For high-value or long appointments, a small deposit changes no-show behaviour sharply. For quick service calls it often costs more bookings than it saves.
