HVAC CRM & Customer Management
An HVAC CRM built around properties, equipment and service history
A generic CRM stores a contact. An HVAC company needs to know which property, which system, what its serial number is, when it went in, what has been repaired, what it cost, what is still under warranty and what was recommended and declined. That chain is the whole job, and it is the part a contact database cannot hold.
What the demo shows
- Open John Smith: two properties, four systems, fifteen years of history
- Look at the AC and open "Why this score?" on the replacement signal
- Search the topbar by serial number, the way a technician would
- Paste a CSV into the importer and watch it validate every row

What it does
The customer is not a name and a phone number.
Customer 360
Lifetime revenue, properties, systems, last service, open estimates and the next opportunity, in one strip at the top of every record.
Properties, not just addresses
A landlord with four rentals is one customer and four properties, each with its own equipment and its own history.
Equipment by serial number
Make, model, serial, install date, capacity, efficiency, warranty and condition, searchable by the number on the nameplate a technician is standing in front of.
History against the unit
Every visit attaches to the specific system it touched, so the record reads per machine rather than per person.
Replacement opportunities
A transparent rules-based signal from age, repair frequency, repair spend, warranty and condition. Not AI, not a prediction. A prompt to have a conversation, with every point of the score shown.
One timeline
Calls, texts, emails, visits, estimates and follow-ups on a single feed, because that is the only view that makes a relationship legible.
Interactive demo
Open it and use it, no signup
A working application seeded with a fictional company, so there is something to
work with from the first screen. Sign in with admin / admin1234.
Free tools
Run your own numbers first
No sign-up and no email wall. These run entirely in your browser. We never see what you type.
Replacement Opportunity
Weigh a system's age, repair history, warranty position and efficiency against the cost of replacing it, so a repair-or-replace conversation starts from arithmetic rather than a feeling.
Customer Lifetime Value
Estimate what one HVAC customer is worth across the whole relationship (service, maintenance and the eventual replacement) so you know what winning and keeping one is actually worth.
Maintenance Plan Profit
Maintenance plans are sold as recurring revenue, but plenty of them lose money once two visits and the admin are paid for. Check yours.
Questions
What this is, and what it is not
Does this replace ServiceTitan?
No, and it is not meant to. Most contractors keep the platform they run and add the customer, equipment and automation layer around it. Replacing a field-service platform is a large, disruptive project that is rarely the right first move.
How does the replacement signal work?
Equipment age against typical service life, repairs in the last three years, repair spend, warranty status and the technician’s recorded condition. It is arithmetic on your own records and the demo shows every point it awards. It does not predict failure.
Is any of this data real?
None of it. Every customer, address, phone number, email and serial number in the demo is invented.
