HVAC Dispatch & Scheduling Software

HVAC dispatch software that assigns by skill, distance and workload

At two trucks dispatch is a conversation. At six it breaks, and it breaks suddenly: a no-heat call at 3pm, the nearest technician has never touched that furnace line, and the one who has is on the far side of the county doing a maintenance visit that could have waited a week.

What the demo shows

  • Take the unassigned emergency and see which technicians are recommended
  • Drag it across the board and watch the customer messages appear
  • Complete the work order as the technician would, on the job
  • Open Routes and resequence a technician’s criss-crossing day

What it does

Know who should go, and why.

A board, not a calendar

Every job on one screen grouped by status. Drag a card to move the work along, and the customer message fires from the same action.

Assignment with its workings shown

Ranked on skill, availability, distance from where the technician actually is, and how full their day already is. Every component visible, and you can override it.

Scheduling that allows for travel

Day, week and month views over the same jobs. Drag a block to another time or another technician’s lane.

Route comparison

Take a day booked in call order, reorder it by proximity and see the difference in miles and minutes. Labelled as the example calculation it is.

Customer notifications

Assigned, en route, arrived, completed. The en-route message is the one that stops the phone ringing.

Work orders that close properly

Diagnosis kept separate from work performed, parts, labour and a signature, filled in on a phone at the property.

Interactive demo

Open it and use it, no signup

A working application seeded with a fictional company, so there is something to work with from the first screen. Sign in with admin / admin1234.

Questions

What this is, and what it is not

Is the routing real optimisation?

No, and the demo says so on the screen. It uses a straight-line model of a fictional service area and a nearest-neighbour heuristic, enough to demonstrate the mechanism, not enough to forecast your savings. A real build would use actual road routing.

Does it send real texts?

Not in the demo. Messages land in an in-app inbox so you can see exactly what would go out and when.

Can it work alongside ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?

Yes. That is the usual shape. Keep the platform you already run and add dispatch logic or automation around it.
