HVAC Maintenance Agreement Software
Maintenance agreements that get delivered, and renew
Maintenance agreements are sold as recurring revenue and then quietly become a filing problem. Nobody is sure who holds one, the included visits slip, a term runs out because nobody looked at a date, and at renewal the customer remembers paying for two visits and receiving one. None of that is a sales problem.
What the demo shows
- Open a plan and watch the margin move as you change what it costs to deliver
- Complete a maintenance visit on the technician checklist
- Read the customer report the visit generates
- Work the renewal list and renew an agreement into a new term

What it does
Recurring revenue is not recurring profit.
Plans you actually own
Build your own tiers. Visits, benefits, discounts and terms. There is no standard set, and the four in the demo are examples to edit, not a template to adopt.
The economics, live
Labour, parts, travel, admin and the repair discount you give up, priced against the plan. A tier selling well at a thin margin is a problem that compounds with every renewal.
Margin, not markup
Profit over price, not over cost. A plan at a 60% markup is running a 37.5% margin. The same mistake contractors make on installation work.
Equipment by name
An agreement covers specific systems with specific serial numbers, not "the HVAC". That is what makes the visit meaningful and the renewal defensible.
Visits that get delivered
Every included visit is a record with a due date and a status. Overdue ones are on the dashboard, because a paid-for visit nobody delivered is the main reason agreements lapse.
A renewal list, worked
Ninety, sixty and thirty days out, with the visits-used column beside each one: the number that actually predicts whether they say yes.
Interactive demo
Open it and use it, no signup
A working application seeded with a fictional company, so there is something to
work with from the first screen. Sign in with admin / admin1234.
Free tools
Run your own numbers first
No sign-up and no email wall. These run entirely in your browser. We never see what you type.
Agreement Pricing
Work out what a maintenance plan costs you to deliver across a year, then price it from the margin you actually want rather than from what the company down the road charges.
Agreement Renewals
See what improving your maintenance agreement renewal rate is worth in annual recurring revenue, and what each lapsed agreement costs beyond the plan price itself.
Maintenance Plan Profit
Maintenance plans are sold as recurring revenue, but plenty of them lose money once two visits and the admin are paid for. Check yours.
Questions
What this is, and what it is not
Is this a contract template generator?
No. Templates are the easy part and every contractor already has one. The demo is about the lifecycle afterwards: delivering the visits you sold, documenting what was found, and being in front of the customer before the term runs out.
Does it tell me what to charge?
It tells you what a plan costs you to deliver and what margin your price produces. What to charge depends on your market and what you are willing to include. The demo will not invent an industry price, because there is not one.
Can it work with my existing billing?
That is the usual shape. Recurring billing normally stays where it is; what gets added is the agreement, equipment and visit layer around it, plus the renewal cadence.
