Centralize customers, leads, appointments and business information.

Manage

One place where every lead, customer, quote and appointment lives, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.

The problem it solves

Leads spread across a phone, an inbox, a notebook and three marketplace apps. Nobody can say how many quotes are outstanding or which customers have not been contacted in a year.

How we approach it

Principles we work to

  • Get every lead source landing in one place first.
  • Model your real pipeline rather than forcing you into someone else's.
  • Make the daily view genuinely usable for the people doing the work.
  • Report on the numbers that change decisions, and leave out the rest.

What Manage needs from the rest of the system

A CRM only stays accurate if the data arrives on its own. Manage works best alongside Automate, which keeps it fed without manual entry.

What's included

Every enquiry captured, assigned, tracked and chased until it is won or closed.

Reporting

Scheduled reports that arrive without anyone building them.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I have to buy all of Manage together?

No. Almost nobody does. Most engagements start with the one or two services that are limiting things right now, and grow only when there is a reason to.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Usually yes. We would rather connect what you already pay for than migrate you onto something new for its own sake. If a tool genuinely cannot do the job, we will say so and explain why.

Who owns the work?

You do. Accounts, code, content, data and phone numbers stay in your name, and you can export or take them elsewhere at any point.

How do you report on it?

Monthly, against the outcome you hired us for (leads, booked work, hours saved) rather than a dashboard of activity metrics.

Not sure how much Manage you actually need?

The audit looks at the whole picture and tells you which part is limiting the rest, which is often not the part people expect.
