About this calculator
How does pattern repeat affect quantity?
Every drop has to start at the same point in the pattern, so the offcut at the top of each length is wasted. A 24-inch repeat can add 25–30% to the roll count.
Should I buy all rolls from one batch?
Yes. Print runs vary in shade, and a mid-wall change between batches is obvious. Check the batch number on every roll before starting.
