How do I know if I need a full replacement?
Widespread granule loss, curling, multiple leaks or a roof past about 20 years usually means replacement. Isolated damage on an otherwise sound roof is a repair.
Why do steep roofs cost more?
They need staging, harnesses and slower, more careful work. Above 8/12 productivity drops sharply, which is what the surcharge reflects.
